The sailors of the Romanian Naval Forces are participating with their counterparts from the United States of America, this week, in the multinational exercise 'Sea Breeze 23.3', which will take place in the Black Sea and the Danube Delta, according to the press release issued by the General Staff of the Naval Forces .
